1.General description

This series contactor consists of electrical insulating frame,metal base,shaft and crank arm,electromagnetic systems,permanent magnet,power modules,auxiliary switches and vacuum interrupters.While control voltage goes across the electromagnetic coil,the armature drives the crutch rotating to open the main contact in the vacuum interrupter.Meanwhile,auxiliary switch cuts off power of electromagnetic coil,the armature drive the crutch rotating to open the main contact in the vacuum interrupter.Meanwhile,auxiliary switch cuts off power of electromagnetic coil,turns to be permanent-magnet maintenance.After power broke by control circuit,energy storage power of power module discharges to electromagnetic coil for degaussing,and the main contact broke under the function of opening spring.

2. Normal using conditions

а. Environment temperature : -5ºC~+40ºC, and average value is no more than +35ºC within 24 hour.
b. Altitude: no more than 1000m.
c. Atmospheric conditions: monthly highest humidity in the most wet month is no more than 90% and monthly average minimum temperature
shall be 25ºC. Condensation on the products due to temperature changes shall be considered.
д. Impact vibration: The place is without extensive shaking, impact, and vibration.
e. The place is without explosion hazard, enchant gas and sleet.

h. Installation type: .III
i. Installation condition: Slant angle between installation surface and vertical surface is no more than 15°.
