GPM1 LV switchgear is suitable for AC 50~60Hz, 1000V and below power system. 4.The device is suitable for transportation and storage as the following temperature: -25ºC ~55ºC . The device should not be suffered from non-recovery damage

Q1: How to pay sample and express charges?
А: For express charges, you can pay to our company account directly, for those customer who has express account, we will send the samples by freight collected. If customers need samples, we will charge the cost first, once they place orders, we will return a part cost to their account.

А: Usually, we accept T/T, for regular order, we prefer 50% заранее, 50% against the pictures of finished material before delivery.
Q3: Как вы контролируете качество?
А: We have QC team comply with TQM, each step is in compliance to the standards, at the same time, and we will take photos and shoot video for you.
Q4: What about lead or shipping time?
А: The lead time depends on quantity you ordered, but generally within 2~5 weeks upon receipt of advance payment.
Q5: How long does it take for me to get the quotation?
А: For customized products, we will quote after you provide the requested product details within 48 hours because we need the time to calculate cost, but we will quote the soonest possible. For our standard product posted here we can quote in 24 часы.
