Q1: How to pay sample and express charges?
UMA: For express charges, you can pay to our company account directly, for those customer who has express account, we will send the samples by freight collected. If customers need samples, we will charge the cost first, once they place orders, we will return a part cost to their account.

UMA: The lead time depends on quantity you ordered, but generally within 2~5 weeks upon receipt of advance payment.

UMA: For customized products, we will quote after you provide the requested product details within 48 hours because we need the time to calculate cost, but we will quote the soonest possible. For our standard product posted here we can quote in 24 horas.
