Q1: How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge for the sample and freight cost. The sample fee will be refunded if you place order.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: In general, the lead time is about 35 to 40 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different lead time.
Q3: How about the packing and shipping?
A3: Normally, we have carton for packing. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.
Q4: How about the OEM/ODM services?

Q5: How about the payment terms?
A5: We accept 30%T/T in advance, the 70% T/T balance before the delivery.
