Description
Electrical contacts factory, more than 12 years manufacture experience, attained ROHS,work on OEM and ODM projects.

Main face Materials: Ag, AgNi, AgCdO, AgSnO2, AgSnO2ln2O3, AgZnO,
Main base materials: Cu.
1.Specification of the electrical contacts
Dimensions can be customized
| Parts | Head Diameter | Head thickness |
| Item | D(mm) | T(mm) |
| Basic dimension | 7 | 1.5 |
| Tolercance | +0.08 | 0 |
| –0.15 | –0.10 |

3.Material:AgcdO
Product features
AgCdO is the alloy material in the silver matrix which distributes cadmium oxide (CdO) in a specific form (such as fibrous, granular, etc.) with specific morphology and particle size. AgCdO materials have the following advantages:
2). Excellent arc erosion resistance and welding resistance. The enhanced CdO “anchored” the silver that melted under the arc, preventing it from blowing apart.
3). High electrical and thermal conductivity.
Contact performance and application range
These materials can be prepared by powder metallurgy or internal oxidation.
Material:Nickel silver(AgNi)
Product features
High electrical conductivity and arc resistance.
Contact performance
Products are widely used in industrial and household short circuit and leakage protection devices.
