Processing technology: This product uses CNC numerical control punch press to cut the material, and it is formed by a precision numerical control bending machine. The semi-finished products are formed by manual argon arc welding, and finally, the surface is treated by the electrostatic powder spraying process.
Metal frame The metal frame is made of iron plate bending and argon arc welding.
Porous column: We adopt the oblique hole design for the column. Customers can adjust the height of the laminate at any time according to the height of the accessories placed inside, so as to make reasonable use of the box space. Internal laminate: We use a snap-type oblong hole design for the internal laminate, which is convenient for customers to fix and move the laminate. A server cabinet is equipped with 4 panels, and each panel is provided with mounting holes.
Backplane: The backplate uses laser cut hollow diamond-shaped heat dissipation holes, and the fashionable pattern is more distinctive. The back panel is fixed on the metal frame with black plastic clasps and metal hinges, which is convenient for customers to install and disassemble. Front door: It is fixed on the metal frame with metal hinges, and the door panel is equipped with a black lock, which is simple, stylish, and convenient.
Accessories: There is a white integrated air conditioning distribution box on the outside, which can be detached or fixed for trial installation.
