3.Matériel:AgcdO

Product features

AgCdO is the alloy material in the silver matrix which distributes cadmium oxide (CdO) in a specific form (such as fibrous, granular, etc.) with specific morphology and particle size. AgCdO materials have the following advantages:

1).Self-extinguishing arc ability and low and stable contact resistance. The material enhanced phase CdO is easy to decompose at high temperature, decomposition temperature 900°C, decomposition heat absorption, reduce arc energy, so that the contact surface cooling, at the same time, Cd sublimation into gas, blowing arc and surface self-cleaning effect, produce stable contact resistance.

2). Excellent arc erosion resistance and welding resistance. The enhanced CdO “anchored” the silver that melted under the arc, preventing it from blowing apart.
3). High electrical and thermal conductivity.
