Details of Galvanizing:
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.
Espesor< 5milímetro, galvanization thickness≥ 460G/M² (65um)
Espesor> 5milímetro, galvanization thickness≥ 610G/M² (86um)
