Installation Notes :
For optical cable stripping, use sheathed cable stripping pliers to strip the sheathed cable with a length of about 60mm;
Use Miller pliers to peel off the 0.25mm coating, leaving about 24mm;
Wipe clean with absolute alcohol;
Use a fiber cleaver to cut the fiber, leaving a length of about 48mm;
Fiber positioning and fixing :
1. Screw the edge of the pin protection cap tightly and open the back cover of the optical fiber connector;
2. Use the back cover opening tool to buckle in and push forward according to the direction shown in the figure;
3. Insert the stripped optical cable into the guide hole in the middle;
4. When the outer sheath of the optical cable reaches the fixed teeth, tilt the optical cable by 30-45°;
5. Continue to push the optical cable until the core touches the ferrule protective cap;
6. Press the outer sheath of the optical cable into the tooth-shaped groove, and ensure that the optical fiber has a small amount of slight bending;
7. Close the back cover to ensure that both sides of the back cover are reliably locked;
8. Pull out the back cover opening tool; pull out the pin protection cap while screwing it.
