Q: Why can’t the battery I bought be charged?
EIN: Please check whether a constant voltage above 14.4Vdc or a constant current of 100A is used during the charging cycle. If so, to protect the battery, the BMS is turned off for charging and the battery has no output voltage. In this case, you should leave the battery aside for a while and wait for it to discharge naturally and return to normal.
