EIN: Our products are mainly used in smart meter, smart home, load control, synchronous switch, leakage protection and other applications.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?
EIN: We are the manufacturer, but we have our own international trade department. We have ability to sell our products to the buyers all over the world.
Q:Can you provide custom products?
EIN: Absolutely OK. Due to most of our products need to be customized. You can send us your drawing or requirements, our technical staff will assist you to develop the products.
Q: Which countries do you export to?
EIN: Derzeit, our products are mainly exported to Denmark, Japan, Spain, Südkorea, Ukraine, Russia and other countries.
Q: Do you have requirements for MOQ?
EIN: There is no limiteation for MOQ except the special condition of your products. Our saleman will inform you in advance if there is MOQ exisiting.
Q: What kind of payment you can accept?
EIN:We accept TT , L/C, Western Union as payment methods.
Q: What kind of price term you can accept?
EIN: We accept FOB, CNF, CIF, FCA, DDP, EXW etc.
Q: Can you offer samples? Do we need to pay the sample fee?
EIN: As long as there is no specical requirements for the samples, we can offer at most 5~10pcs ( depends on specific model) free samples for testing. But you need to burden the shipping cost.
